once it is folded up,
So neat and nice
It never needs to be spread out.

There’s a kind of love
Flawed,
Yet tastes as sweet as wine
With boundless charm.

There’s a kind of love,
Far apart,
Yet you feel it’s just right at your side
With muted cares
And secret wishes.

There’s a kind of love
That lets your inspirations rise like a bubbling spring
It makes you realize your potential
Your face shining
And your life glow with extraordinary splendor.

There’s a kind of love
A longing that you can never bear
You may feel its unspeakable pain
Yet will live all your life without complaints or regrets

折叠起来
整洁美观
永远不需要打开

有一种爱
带着缺陷
却韵味如酿
魅力无限

离你很远
又感觉就在身边
无声地牵挂

Her poetry is simple yet rich—simple to invite readers to read, yet rich in feelings and images. A good example is the poem "A Hand Fan:" “One side is spring, the other autumn.” Another good one is "Your Leaves and My Water:" “Your leaves / Have fallen into my yard / My water / Has wetted your lawn.” These words draw readers in and explore new realm of experiences. Bing Hua also has a magic way to express love through different seasons. She puts just enough ingredients to make her lines “taste” and “smell” good. Mr. Xu did a very good job to catch the 100 poems’ essences and styles in his translation. I highly recommend this book especially in this season.
